The Last Resort arranges for the rental of quality homes and condos located in the immediate High Point area by visitors during spring & fall furniture markets. All homes are personally inspected by a member of our staff. We DO NOT ACCEPT smoking homes (unless requested), children's beds and bunk beds, or homes where the homeowner will be staying on the premises.

Services of The Last Resort are provided in a non-discriminatory manner. No distinction shall be made as to race, sex, religion or national origin when determining market rental properties.

A non-refundable deposit equal to one-half (1/2) of the total rental is required in advance to reserve accommodations with the balance of rent being due upon arrival.

Depending on the circumstances, The Last Resort may receive a fee from both homeowner and tenant.
