The Last Resort arranges for the rental of quality homes located in North High Point and North Jamestown (ONLY) to visitors of the High Point Home Furnishings Market.

We Do Not Accept

• Rental homes
• Smoking homes
• Water beds, children's novelty beds or bunk beds
• Homes listed for sale
• Homes where the homeowner will be staying on the premises or operating a home office during the market rental period.

High standards are set by The Last Resort. Homes rated by a member of our staff. We pay special attention to cleanliness, smell, decor, amenities and closeness to the market.

Homeowners are charged a 10% Fee for our service (depending on the circumstances). The Last Resort may receive a fee from both homeowner and market guest.

If you choose to rent your home for the furniture market, you must be aware that your guests will most likely cook and have customers over for dinner and / or drinks. Accidents do happen, such as spills, minor breakage and personal injury. Check with your insurance carrier to be certain that you are covered. Your market guest may send you a 1099. Check with an accountant to get information as to your tax liability. The rental of your home should be considered a legal rental with the understanding that the tenant will demand their privacy.

Future rentals to any client placed in your home will be subject to the agreed 10% fee and must be arranged by The Last Resort. If you should choose to rent directly to the client you are still responsible for the 10% fee.

You are under no obligation to The Last Resort unless we rent your home.
